Were you not refunded for the estimated amount of authorization hold?

If the pre-authorized amount still has not been refunded even after a week from the transaction date, please inquire your bank/card company first

The following amounts with the corresponding scenarios are referred as authorization holds.

  • KRW 1,000 or estimated fare when calling a taxi
  • KRW 100 when creating a new account and registering a payment method

In most cases, the cancellation/refund is processed within the same day, but depending on the bank or the card company, it may take up to 7 business days.
