I was charged twice both in app and in person

If you see a transaction on a journey that started without you, please let us know by clicking the link below

If you were charged twice, both on app and in person during your journey, please notify us by attaching a screenshot of the credit card details or receipt from which the payment was made in person.

🚨 The submitted screenshots should include details such as transaction date and time, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card number. Meter cash receipts are not accepted if the in-person payment was made by card or bank transfer.

Additionally, please note that receipts sent by UT through emails or that can be viewed on the app will not be accepted as valid evidence.
