Drivers using the driver app are charged the Service Fee as a percentage of each trip fare. If surge pricing applies to a trip, the Service Fee percentage is also deducted from the surge amount.
The Service Fee helps cover costs including technology, development of app features, marketing, and payment processing for driver-partners.
