Make sure you’re within the city you’re activated to drive in
Move to a location with higher demand
Ensure your preferences are set to receive all trip types that you’re eligible for
Turn off the destination setting (if it’s on)
Check your device’s data or WiFi connection
Restart your phone
Make sure you have the latest version of the app
If you’ve tried the solutions above and still aren’t getting requests, that area or time of day is likely experiencing low demand. Demand for trips can vary by location, time of day and even time of year.
