I can't sign in or go online

If you are unable to go online, please check these common reasons:

  • Documents expired or need to be re-uploaded. If new documents are recently uploaded, they might still show pending for a while.
  • If you’re seeing a notification on “Move Uber app on top”, please say yes to it. Here’s the detailed instructions:

How to display Uber app at the top

  1. Update and run the Uber driver app to the latest version.
  2. When you run the app for the first time, you’ll see a red notification at the bottom to set up Show the app at the top.
  3. Click the notification and then press the ‘Settings’ button on the screen that appears.
  4. On the Settings screen, click the magnifying glass button in the upper right to search for the app for Uber drivers.
  5. Click the button on the right side of the searched Uber driver app to activate it.
  6. When you go back to the Uber driver app, you can change it to online by pressing the blue offline button.

Driver app always shows the notification with notes at the bottom of the app whenever you can’t go online so please make sure to take applicable actions.
