If you are unable to go online, please check these common reasons:

  • Documents expired or need to be re-uploaded. If new documents are recently uploaded, they might still show pending for a while.
  • If you’re seeing a notification on “Move UT app on top”, please say yes to it. Here’s the detailed instructions:

Driver app always shows the notification with notes at the bottom of the app whenever you can’t go online so please make sure to take applicable actions.
